CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
Yes. Shipping can be done outside India. In such cases please write to us (email@example.com) with the subject “Shipment outside India”. We will get back to you with more details.
WILL I GET AN SMS/EMAIL ALERT?
Yes. Once your order has been confirmed, you will get an email with the details. On the day of delivery, you will get an SMS notification.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have finalised your product and made the payment, you will get an intimation on your mobile no/email mentioned while check out, confirming the purchase.
Post this, we would ensure that your order is packed and shipped with utmost attention and care. We will send an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the delivery details to your registered email address once your order is shipped.
The generic delivery days would be 4 working days from the date of purchase. In case there is any glitch you can feel free to contact us on email@example.com. We will respond to your email by 48 hours at the latest.
CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes. You can. For Cash on Delivery, you need to select the COD (Cash on Delivery) option during payment and proceed for checkout.
You may make the payment in cash to our Delivery executive at the time of product receipt.
Based on the order value and location, the shipping charges would be calculated before the order is finalised.
CAN I USE INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT?
Yes. You may make payments from international credit cards, but if you select that card n, you may have to bear 2% of the order value additional due to the same.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Yes. You can return/exchange the order.
WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I RAISE A RETURN REQUEST?
You may make the return/ exchange request immediately after the receipt/10 days from the date of purchase(whichever is earlier) in case you are not satisfied with the product.
Based on return policy, we will get back to you within 48 hours at the latest.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Once your order is executed , you will receive a confirmation email. Post this, it will take a maximum of 7 working days for the product/s to reach you.
WILL THESE PEOPLE TELL ME WHEN MY PRODUCT IS COMING?
A confirmation email is sent to you once you complete your purchase. SMS/email will be sent on shipping your product/s and on the date of receipt of product/s, our logistics partner would send an SMS updating the details.
MY PRODUCT/S IS DAMAGED/BROKEN/WRONG. WHAT DO I DO?
If your product is incorrect/ damaged, we guarantee a hassle-free return process. Normally in such cases, we offer two options:
- You can either choose to exchange the product or
- Get a full refund of the price you paid at the time of purchase
At Pakka Local Ideas, we ensure that your product is packed and dispatched with extreme measures of safety and care. We take all the measures in ensuring your product reaches you in its best quality. However due to the subtle nature of a few of these products, in occasional conditions items may arrive damaged.
In such a case, communication needs to be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products through email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us about the damage to the product.

Post this, we will initiate the return pick up. Once the package reaches us, there would be a quality check for a root cause analysis. If there is a manufacturing quality problem found rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control, an exchange/refund will be initiated. The products must be returned in their original packages.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the 10 Day Exchange Policy. We will offer you a store credit, which may be used to place a fresh order and exchange the previous order. Kindly ensure that the products are not used, malformed, stained or damaged in any format. All original tags and fixtures and branded packaging must be returned in their original condition.
Orders may be cancelled any time before the dispatch without any extra costs.
